Our leaders (Matt and Lucinette) focused during the meeting. The AIHA Pittsburgh Local Section President, Mr. Matt Zock, CIH and the President-Elect, Lucinette Alvarado, CIH attended the AIHA Local Section Council Business meeting at the AIHce 2018 on Tuesday, May 22 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. in Room 203A-B in the Philadelphia Convention Center. Our leaders were eager to learn about the needs, interests and activities from the other local sections as well as the AIHA new/current protocols for running local sections.

They also had a treat, a leader workshop thanks to Mrs. Peggy Hoffman. The workshop was an interactive problem-solving session where the local section leaders networked with one another and left with ideas/solutions for their current local section issues.
Our leaders gathered a lot of ideas/plans to share with our local section. Stay tuned for exciting future projects. We will work together to be a successful local section!

- Present survey results from the 2017 AIHA Local Section Membership Survey

- Government Affairs Update with Mark Ames
